1) Poster presentations Attended poster sessions – where presenters will be available by their posters to explain and discuss their work – will take place on: • Monday from 18:30 to 19:30 • Wednesday from 18:30 to 19:30
We encourage all participants to actively and kindly engage with presenters during these sessions to support their work and foster valuable scientific exchange.
2) Preparing your poster • Although the initial email indicated otherwise, due to a last-minute change, posters should be hung up on Monday from 8.30 am to 9:00 am at the Faculty of Philosophy and Letters of the University of Cadiz (because the congress starts at 9:00 am) or the same Monday from 11:30 am to 12:00 pm during the coffee break). Remember to bring it and hang it up yourself. • Posters must be displayed in portrait format and the dimensions should be 90.0 cm (width) x 120.0 cm (height) (A0 size). • The abstract title, author(s), and affiliation(s) should be clearly shown at the top of the poster. • All content should be easily readable from a distance of 2 meters. • Posters can be affixed to the laminated display panels using double-sided tape.
Communications Award – Evaluation and Selection Process
All presentations (oral, pitch, and poster) will automatically be considered for the Communications Award.
Posters will be displayed at the conference venue, where attendees and reviewers will have the opportunity to view and discuss them.
A panel of five reviewers from the Scientific Committee will evaluate all posters. Additionally, session moderators will rate each oral and pitch presentation.
The winners will be officially announced during the Closing Ceremony and will receive award certificates in recognition of their contributions.
